Viewings Coordinator

Mishon Mackay are looking for an organised and friendly Viewings Coordinator for a busy role in our Preston Park sales office.

Your main responsibilities will be but not limited to;

  • Undertake viewings at a wide range of properties in and around the Preston Park area.
  • Liaising with applicants to book and confirm appointments
  • Canvassing the area
  • Assisting with various other office tasks

Skills

  • Great customer service
  • IT competent
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Organisation skills and good time management
  • Knowledge of the local area preferably

Experience in the property industry preferred but not essential.

Full, clean driver's licence and own car essential.

Competitive day rate available

Working hours are Wednesday and Friday 10.00am-4.00pm and every Saturday 9.00am-5.00pm.

(Weekdays and weekday hours potentially flexible but Saturday are fixed)

Part Time Administrator for Kemp Town and Rottingdean Offices

Your main responsibilities will be to provide comprehensive and accurate administrative/secretarial support to the office with tasks to include, but not limited to;

  • Preparing property details
  • Advertising on various property portals
  • Various letter writing
  • Ensuring the office is compliant in all aspects of money laundering
  • General day to day administrative tasks.

Skills

  • Experience in using all office programmes
  • Have a keen eye for detail

Previous experience in an administration role essential

Property Manager

Your main responsibilities will be but not limited to;

  • Processing invoices and tenancy renewals
  • Carrying out property inspections

Viewings Coordinator

Mishon Mackay’s busy Lettings department are looking for a Viewings Coordinator to join their team. 


We are looking for a candidate who loves property and meeting new people to undertake a busy diary of viewings at a wide range of properties covering Brighton, Hove and Mid Sussex. You may also be required to carry out office-based work including registering applicants, booking viewings and general day to day office duties. 


You should have good organisation skills as well as a good telephone manner and enjoy working as part of a team. 


No experience necessary and full training will be provided. 


A full driving licence is required but a pool car will be available for use. 


A competitive day rate available with the opportunity to earn commission.


The hours for this role are Tuesday and Friday 8.30am-6.00pm and every Saturday 9.00am-5.00pm.

Property Management Administrator

A highly organised Property Management Administrator is required for a busy role.


This position will involve preparing and providing comprehensive, accurate administrative and legal documents to the Property Managers to dispatch accordingly. You will carry out periodic inspections of managed property stock, manage and comply with all legislation behind Right to Rents, EPCS and GSI’S and various other administrative duties.


Experience in property management preferred but not essential. The successful applicant will have a strong background in administration, be good at working in a team and with their own initiative and be confident.


Full, clean driver's licence essential.


Salary - £19,000 per annum + quarterly and annual bonus opportunities. 


Working hours are Monday-Friday 8.45am-5.30pm and every third Saturday 9.00am-3.00pm.
