Part Time Administrator for Kemp Town and Rottingdean Offices

Your main responsibilities will be to provide comprehensive and accurate administrative/secretarial support to the office with tasks to include, but not limited to;

  • Preparing property details
  • Advertising on various property portals
  • Various letter writing
  • Ensuring the office is compliant in all aspects of money laundering
  • General day to day administrative tasks.


  • Experience in using all office programmes
  • Have a keen eye for detail
  • Be a confident and outgoing person to work in a busy sales environment
  • You must be well organised
  • Have good time management skills

Previous experience in an administration role essential

A full, clean driver's licence would be beneficial but not essential

Hours can be flexible to suit.

Lettings Coordinator

Due to a large uplift in business levels our Lettings department are looking for a part time Lettings Coordinator.

Your main responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

Undertaking viewings at a wide range of properties in and around the Brighton/Hove and Mid sussex area.
Liaising with applicants to book and confirm appointments
Canvassing for new business 
Assisting with various other day to day office tasks

Skills required but not essential as training can be given-

Great customer service
IT competent
Professional telephone manner
Organisation skills and good time management
Knowledge of the local area preferably
Experience in the property industry preferred but not essential.

Full driving licence essential.

Competitive package with uncapped commission levels. 

Working hours are flexible but preferably a Monday, Wednesday, Friday 9am-3pm. From time to time extra hours may be available due to prior arrangement.
