Office Administrator

Mishon Mackay are looking for a part time Administrator to join the Kemp Town office.

Your main responsibilities will be to provide comprehensive and accurate administrative/secretarial support to the office with tasks to include, but not limited to;

• Preparing property details
• Advertising on various property portals
• Various letter writing
• Ensuring the office is compliant in all aspects of money laundering
• General day to day administrative tasks.

Skills
• Experience in using all office programmes
• Have a keen eye for detail
• Be a confident and outgoing person to work in a busy sales environment
• You must be well organised
• Have good time management skills

A full, clean driver's licence would be beneficial but not essential

This role is part time, days and hours can be flexible and to be discussed at interview but it will include working every other Saturday.

Property Manager

Mishon Mackay are looking for a highly organised and enthusiastic Property Manager is required for a busy and challenging role.
 
Your main responsibilities will be but not limited to;
This position will involve 
Dealing with property maintenance issues
Coordinating various certificates and tests
Liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors
Processing invoices and tenancy renewals
Carrying out property inspections
Various other administration tasks
 
Skills
Strong administration skills and attention to detail

The main purpose of the role is generating and conducting property valuations, carrying out viewings, negotiating offers and agreeing sales and progress them through to exchange and completion. Conducting in office training and mentoring to junior members of staff.

Candidates must have previous residential sales experience with proven results. Excellent customer service skills and IT skills essential. Management experience would be an advantage.

New Homes Sales – Team Leader

Due to significant levels of business Mishon Mackay Land & New Homes are looking to recruit an experienced New Homes salesperson.

The suitable candidate will be able to show a strong track record in New Homes sales over a number of years and be able to successfully manage a busy sales team. Managing daily targets and motivating the team to achieve interim and annual targets; with a large element selling - leading by example. 

Experience in city centre, urban and rural sites is preferred; as each bringing their own unique requirements and challenges. 

The New Homes team is a vibrant team within a busy office so working well under pressure, good communication skills and the ability to work within a team are paramount. This is an exciting and varied sector of the business dealing with some of the most visible sites and developers in the area and has ample opportunity to build a career outside of normal Estate Agency roles.

The position would suit New Homes salespersons, Senior Estate Agents with New Homes experience or Branch Managers wishing to move into a growing sector. 

Saturday Assistant - Lettings

Our busy Lettings office are looking for a Saturday Assistant to join their team.

Your responsibilities would include but not limited to;

• Answering client’s questions in person and over the phone
• Booking and undertaking viewings on a range of properties across Brighton, Hove and Mid Sussex.
• General office duties.

Previous experience in the Property Industry would be a benefit but not essential.

You should be IT literate and knowledge of the Brighton, Hove and Mid Sussex area beneficial.

A full driving licence is essential.

Working hours are every Saturday 9.00am-5.00pm.

Closing date is Friday 13th December and interviews will be held early January.
